"Living Waters Church" Presents: Our Christian Counseling Center Our counseling center provides the following services for both members and non members of "Living Waters Church". We offer the following: Marriage Counseling, Premarital Counseling, Youth Counseling (Both Teens & Adolescent Counseling) All Counseling sessions are by appointment only. Pastor Phillip J. Casterline, has a two year degree from Alfred State Collage in Human Services, with twenty five years of Pastoral experiences working with Juveniles and Leadership. His knowledge of God's "Word" and life experiences, guide those who seek Counseling, not only professional guidance, but also the wisdom of God's "Word", the "Guidelines of Righteousness! Pastor is available for speaking engagements... (i.e. Churches, Conferences, etc.)
